Terms of Service
Early beta status
AgentDeduct is in early beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The service is provided for testing and feedback purposes while it is in beta.
What the service does — and doesn't
AgentDeduct helps you record business expenses, attach receipts, document business mileage, and export organized records. It does not perform bank reconciliation, does not certify tax deductions, and does not guarantee any tax outcome. Any estimates shown in the app are illustrative.
AgentDeduct is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. Tax decisions remain your responsibility, ideally with a qualified CPA.
Service limitations
During beta: cloud backup and cross-device sync are not finished, so records live on the device where you saved them. Background mileage tracking is still in real-world testing. Voice capture exists but full conversational AI is not live. Calendar and CRM connections are planned, not operational.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, for your own tax compliance, and for keeping your own copies of anything critical. Do not enter information you don't have the right to store. You must be at least 18 years old to use the beta.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. Beta invitations are personal; don't share access credentials.
Changes to these terms
These draft terms will change before any production launch. Continued use of the beta after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
