What AgentDeduct is

AgentDeduct is a business record-keeping companion for real estate agents, currently in early beta. It helps you capture expenses, keep receipts, document business mileage, and export organized records for your CPA.

Information you provide

Expense and mileage records. The amounts, dates, categories, vendors, purposes, business-use percentages, property tags, and trip details you enter.

Receipts. Photos of receipts you attach to expenses.

Beta signup details. If you joined the Agent Beta list, we collected your name, email address, brokerage (optional), phone platform, and your answer to what is hardest to track in your business (optional).

Account information. If you sign in with Google on the web app, we receive your name and email address from Google.

How your records are stored

Web app: your records are stored in your own browser (local storage on your device). They are not sent to our servers except as described below.

iPhone app: your records are stored on your device.

Optional Google Drive backup: if you connect Google Drive, a backup file and your receipt photos are saved to a folder in your own Google Drive. The backup lives in your Drive, under your Google account.

How features use your information

Talk (web): messages you send in the Talk chat are processed to parse expenses and mileage from your words. Receipt photos you attach are processed on-device for text recognition.

Location: the iPhone app requests location permission to document business mileage. Background location tracking is implemented but still in real-world testing.

Voice input: voice capture exists in the app for dictating entries. Full conversational AI is not live.

Feedback: messages sent through site forms are forwarded to our records via a webhook.

Third-party services

AgentDeduct uses Google Sign-In (authentication), Google Drive (optional backups you control), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your information.

Planned integrations — not current

Conversational AI and calendar connections are on the roadmap. They are not operational, and this policy will be updated before either one processes your data.

This draft does not claim encryption specifics, security certifications, fixed retention periods, or automated deletion capabilities, because those have not been finalized. Do not rely on this draft as a final policy.
